the seasoned professional. Our Insider Concierge staff has done extensive research at the wineries, restaurants, hotels and activity companies
throughout Napa Valley to help you make the best of your trip to the premiere wine country in the United States – Napa Valley.

restaurant foodies, "hotel critics", and activity junkies. We can
help you make decisions on why you want to go to a certain restaurant on
a certain night and pair that up nicely with your wine tasting day out.
We won't steer you wrong and we can absolutely improve your trip just by
telling to us why you are coming to Napa Valley. This will help us

planning with the non-refundable Custom
Itinerary fee via the structure articulated
above. We will prepare an printable
itinerary as well as addresses, directions and
contact information specific to your custom Napa
Valley itinerary.

Our insider concierges will be happy to assess your needs and

Valley. Napa Valley Trip Planner's Insider Concierge staff
will spend up to 30 minutes on the phone with you for $35 and send you
notes on your discussion for your reference along with your receipt via
email.

- Room Hunt Fee
There is a $50 “hunt” fee for us to track down the last room in town
that is ideally in your price range with the amenities you would prefer. If we find a room for you
and book it, we will waive $25 of the $50 fee. Hunting down a room night a week out or less means that we may make up to 30 phone calls before we find a room plus the phone calls back to you to get your approval – it’s a lot of work
which is why you are asking us to do it in the first place. Please keep
in mind that when you make these reservations directly or through Napa
Valley Trip Planner you are within the lodging properties cancellation
policy. In other words, whether you make it or not you will be
responsible for the room charges.
Appointments & Reservations
All restaurant reservations and winery appointments have a service charge of $5 per reservation or appointment
and it includes contact information as well as GPS directions via Google
Maps.
Any other lodging property that we do not have a relationship with has a $25 surcharge for our time (this does not apply for Hunt Services).
Napa Valley Hotel, Bed & Breakfast, Inn, Resort and Motel
Reservations
All Lodging Property reservations are guaranteed with your credit card and billing information
it will either be referenced . You will be subject directly to their cancellation policies. Most other
activities-related reservations and appointments will be posted to your credit card by “WineCountryReservations.com”.
All lodging property room rates are subject to Napa County’s Transient
Occupancy Tax of 12%.
On custom itineraries we always contact you prior to charging your
credit card and give you fair warning in case you want to change cards
or make an adjustment.
Cancellations, Changes & Service Fees
Change Fee:
Once your reservations are completed and confirmed and we have set you your final email
confirmations and subsequent changes need to be made, date change, venue change, a portion of your itinerary needs to be cancelled,
etc. - there is a $25 change fee.
However you are still subject to the cancellation policies of each lodging property, winery, restaurant or activity company.
Cancellation Fee:
On the Lodging, Airfare and Rental Car side (Travelocity Partner
Network) there is a minimum $25 cancellation fee. You are subject
to the cancellation policies of each activity,
winery, restaurant or lodging property which can
range from 48 hours to three weeks notice. Anything booked on
NapaValleyTickets for activities and things to do in Napa is treated
like "Opera Tickets" - no refunds.
Napa Valley Trip Planner's cancellation fee is
$25 to handle all of the cancellations on your
behalf from your custom itinerary. Our
concierge service fee is non-refundable.
