Our insider concierge staff will be in contact with you shortly.  The fees to plan your trip for you start at $75/couple/weekend.  We will ask you for your credit card information in our initial phone call to you.  We will manage all of your reservations and arrangements for you including directions based on our discussions with you. 
This is a non-refundable fee. 
Any cancellations with wineries, activities or restaurants will be made on your behalf for an additional charge of $25 and the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card on file, so long as it is at least one week in advance.
